Description

The mezuzah, fixed at the entrance to our home and at the entry to every room, is the first design element that greets us. Thanks to its minimalist and unconventional design, which exudes presence and offers a contemporary interpretation of the ancient Jewish symbol (three colorful stripes representing the letter 'Shin' of Shaddai) - this new mezuzah connects past, present, and future.

Combined with the durable properties of Corian, the unbreakable brass screw, and ease of use - this mezuzah can be preserved beautifully for many years.

Made from upcycled Corian.
Crafted through a unique process where Corian waste was renewed.

How to affix the mezuzah case to the doorframe for long-lasting adhesion?

For rough-finished doorframes such as walls/fine plaster:
Smooth the surface with sandpaper, wipe off dust with a damp cloth, and finally wipe with a dry cloth. The smoother and cleaner the surface is from dust or holes, the more perfectly the mezuzah will adhere.
Remove the protective cover from the adhesive. Be careful not to touch the adhesive; instead, hold the sides of the mezuzah and press it against the doorframe in the desired location. Apply light pressure for about 30 seconds until good adhesion is achieved.

For rough natural wood doorframes: It is recommended to lightly sand the surface with sandpaper and then clean off dust with a cloth/paper towel. Remove the protective cover from the adhesive. Be careful not to touch the adhesive; instead, hold the sides of the mezuzah and press it against the doorframe in the desired location. Apply light pressure for about 30 seconds until good adhesion is achieved.

For smooth doorframes such as lacquered wood/painted metal/stainless steel/glass/Formica:
Clean the surface from grease and dust with a damp cloth and wipe. Only after the area is dry can the mezuzah be affixed. Remove the protective cover from the adhesive. Be careful not to touch the adhesive; instead, hold the sides of the mezuzah and press it against the doorframe in the desired location. Apply light pressure for about 30 seconds until good adhesion is achieved.

General:

The brass is a soft material, so it is recommended to gently open the brass screw with a screwdriver wrapped in a wide rubber band.
It is recommended to insert the scroll into the mezuzah before affixing it to the doorframe.
When inserting the scroll into the mezuzah case, ensure that the word "Shaddai" faces upwards relative to the mezuzah's hanging direction.
